1. Introduction
This Staff Agreement sets forth the standards, responsibilities, and professional
expectations for employees and partners of Mediq-I. Health. All team members must adhere
to the values and mission of the organization.
2. Core Company Values
All Mediq-I. Health staff are expected to uphold and exemplify the following values:

Maintain transparency and ethics in all conduct.

Be consistently dependable in delivering duties.

Conduct oneself with competence, respect, and discipline.
3. Commitment to Patients
Staff agree to:
- Protect patient confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
- Always act in the best interest of the patient.
- Refer patients for in-hospital assessment or care when medically necessary.
- Refrain from convincing or pressuring patients to use personal/private services.
- Ensure all medical records and data entries are accurate and complete.
- Acknowledge that the entry of false or misleading information will result in immediate termination of the appointment without warning.
4. Business Integrity
- Staff must safeguard the Mediq-I. Health brand and identity.
- External business engagements or collaborations must align with company values and goals.
- Any conflicts of interest or ethical concerns must be disclosed immediately.
- Unauthorized use of company materials, tools, or patient lists is strictly prohibited.
- Staff must ensure that booked appointments are honored and not cancelled without due consideration. Any cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice and accompanied by a reasonable explanation.
5. Compensation & Financial Policy
Staff earnings are based on a commission structure:
- A 70:30 revenue split will apply, with 70% going to the staff member and 30% to the company.
- Payouts are based on the number of patients successfully seen and completed.
- All earnings and transactions must be properly documented.
- All payments will be facilitated through a third-party payment processor. Please allow up to 48 hours for account reconciliation, during which the payment may not yet be reflected.
6. Continuous Professional Development
All staff members are expected to:
- Engage in ongoing learning and skill enhancement.
- Attend mandatory trainings, reviews, and quality improvement sessions.
- Maintain licenses, certifications, and professional competence.
7. Opportunities for Collaboration
Mediq-I. Health welcomes staff contributions that align with our mission. If you have

8. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms. I agree
to uphold Mediq-I. Health's values and standards, maintain professionalism, and contribute
positively to the organization's goals.
