This Staff Agreement sets forth the standards, responsibilities, and professional expectations for employees and partners of Mediq-I. Health. All team members must adhere to the values and mission of the organization.
All Mediq-I. Health staff are expected to uphold and exemplify the following values:
Maintain transparency and ethics in all conduct.
Be consistently dependable in delivering duties.
Ensure impartiality and equality in all interactions.
Demonstrate dedication to the company's mission and success.
Uphold truthful and clear communication at all times.
Provide empathetic and compassionate service to all patients.
Foster collaboration and mutual support among staff.
Conduct oneself with competence, respect, and discipline.
Staff agree to:
Healthcare professionals engaged with Mediqi shall be compensated based on the number of patients personally consulted or reviewed.
Mediqi operates as an intermediary platform, facilitating connections between patients and healthcare professionals. To support secure and efficient financial transactions, all payments shall be processed via an approved third-party payment processor.
A service fee equivalent to 15% of the healthcare professional's set consultation fee shall be deducted to cover payment processing, platform maintenance, and website and application management costs.
Following completion of services, payments will be subject to account reconciliation. Healthcare professionals should allow up to 48 hours for reconciliation, during which time funds may not yet be visible in their account.
