Both parties may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason. Mediq-I. Health reserves the right to discontinue service due to misuse, non-compliance, or abuse of the platform or its personnel.
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through dialogue and, if necessary, arbitration under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered.
Mediq-I. Health reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of material changes and are encouraged to review the updated terms regularly.
By accessing or using Mediq-I. Health services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
